A former professor of human development at Temple University, Dr. Steffen co-founded Steffen, Steffen & Associates, an international management consulting firm. She has conducted management seminars for Fortune 500 companies here and abroad and has trained over a thousand managers and trainers in career development, managerial effectiveness, time management and communications.
